What is Pay-Per-Click?

What is a buyer persona?

What is content marketing?

We were deeply immersed in direct sales but bore the brunt of the entire industry changing overnight, and thus had to migrate our staff and expertise to a new model. We create a dashboard, track them every month or an agreed frequency, and present it to the client for full transparency.

Nope! No lock-in contracts. All our agreements are month to month and you can stop anytime.

Is there a minimum starting price or budget?

If you’re looking to dip your fingers into digital marketing, it is important to have a budget for testing. This can vary from one business to another, and make sure there is room for flexibility. 

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms vary depending on which services your business needs. We will always clearly outline our payment terms in our proposals.

 

What locations do you cover?

We have offices in the Gold Coast and Adelaide, Australia, but we can service anyone in the world with an internet connection.

How will I be able to contact you? Can we come and see you in person?

You will get our personal mobile numbers and email addresses. We love Skyping with clients who are too far away to meet in person, and for those that are close enough, we never say no to coffee dates!

How should we on-board and train our own marketing and sales team?

When the leads start pouring in, it’s important that you are prepared on your end with your own sales team. If you don’t already have a sales superstar closing your leads, then we can help you get set up with one by providing you the essential sales training and strategies you need to convert your leads into customers.

How long should I wait to see results?

Every campaign is different. But generally speaking, after a testing phase, results will start pouring in after about 1-2 weeks!
